In person sessions have now resumed.  Please note the following:

  • Face coverings/face masks are now required, as per the Manitoba Health regulations which come into effect on September 28, 2020.  Disposable masks are available should you forget your own mask.
  • A 36inch wide clear, acrylic tabletop barrier has been placed on the coffee table separating the two seating areas in the office.
  • The office (furniture and high touch areas) will be cleaned and disinfected regularly throughout the day.
  • A desktop HEPA Air Purifier will be on during the session to reduce allergens and help clean the air in the counselling office.
  • There will be a requirement that clients attending their appointment are in good health.  If you have flu like symptoms, including fever, runny nose or muscle aches, please do not attend your in-person session.  If you are awaiting test results for COVID-19, have traveled recently or feel unwell at all, please do not come to the office.  Your appointment may be moved to a secure video or telephone platform.
  • All clients will be expected to use alcohol based hand sanitizer once they arrive to the office (will be provided).
  • Please arrive to your appointment on time and not more than a couple of minutes early.  The waiting room will be closed to reduce the number of people in the building and to maintain cleanliness.
  • Seating will be arranged to maximize physical distance between the client and therapist.
  • Secure video or telephone sessions will continue to be possible.

Please note that remote session payments are accepted via e-transfer or credit card only.
